Lindsay H. is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the County of Rock since May 2022, where responsibilities include providing legal services to the Rock County Human Services Department and handling child protection cases. Prior to this role, Lindsay was the Associate Director of the Office of Career and Professional Development at the University of Wisconsin Law School from July 2017 to June 2022, offering career counseling to J.D. students. Additional experience includes serving as a Career Advocate for the Hendricks Family Foundation/School District of Beloit, where career exposure opportunities were created for high school students, and as an Adjunct Professor at Blackhawk Technical College, teaching criminal law courses. Earlier involvement as an Assistant District Attorney for Rock County included prosecuting felony and misdemeanor cases. Lindsay holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
