Johan DeWaal Rodriguez has extensive experience in procurement and accounting within the County of Orange. Currently serving as a Procurement Buyer at OC Waste & Recycling since September 2022, Johan is responsible for establishing collaborative procurement partnerships, purchasing a range of goods and services, and ensuring compliance with county purchasing policies.
