Joe Ninofranco serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Mr. JOE Bakes since October 2022, specializing in NY Style Cheesecakes made from scratch. In addition, Joe has held the position of Deputy Probation Officer at the County of Los Angeles Probation Department since June 2001. Joe's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Arts Degree in Sociology from Fullerton College, along with prior studies at Cal Poly Engineering.
