Charles Noguera has an extensive background in security and law enforcement, currently serving as an Armed Security Officer at a Private Security Company since March 1989 and as a Deputy Probation Officer II with the County of Los Angeles Probation Department since February 1999. Noguera also held the position of Operations Manager at CCLM Inc. Security Company from January 2005 to March 2016 and was involved in marketing for Noguera Communications from July 2015 to March 2020. Noguera earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Los Angeles between 1992 and 1996.
