Celia Hoberg has extensive experience in staff services and management roles, currently serving as a Staff Services Specialist and previously as a Right of Way Agent/Airport Operations Coordinator for the County of Lake since October 2017. Prior to this, Celia held the position of Escrow Officer at Fidelity National Title Insurance Company from July 1996 to September 2017, where valuable expertise in escrow processes was developed.
