Renee Palmer is an experienced project manager and producer with a diverse background in global entertainment and attractions projects. Currently serving as Principal Project Manager for the County of Kauaʻi, Renee has also held the position of Project Manager at Territory Global since February 2022. Previous roles include producing and managing various projects at R&S Production Services, Inc. from May 2013 to March 2019, which encompassed dark ride construction, immersive theater development, and live event production. Significant projects include the Kahramaa Awareness Park in Doha, Qatar and the Raytheon Warcraft Visualization Center in Huntsville, Alabama. Renee's educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree from Portland Community College and a travel industry certificate from International Air Academy.
