Margie Rapp has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Margie began their career as an MIS Tech at Family Services of NW PA in 2008, where they provided helpdesk support, installed and maintained hardware and software, and troubleshooted LAN issues. During their time there, they successfully transitioned the organization's system from Linux and Novell to a Microsoft network, relocated three sites to new offices, and implemented internet and phone upgrades.
