Nicholas Perez is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Department Specialist at the County of El Dorado since September 2022. Previously, Nicholas worked as an IT Specialist at Plug and Play Tech Center, where responsibilities included ticket management, JAMF expertise, and digital signage implementation. Prior roles include IT Customer Support Specialist II at the County of El Dorado, where Nicholas resolved over 3000 tickets in the first year, and Help Desk Technician II at SBM Management Services, leading security projects and maintaining system security. Nicholas also gained early experience as a Sr. Counter Intelligence Agent at Geek Squad and as a Sales Consultant at Best Buy.
