Mike Applegarth has over 17 years of experience in public administration, currently serving as Principal Administrative Analyst and Interim Air Pollution Control Officer for El Dorado County since October 2006. Previously, Mike held the position of District Director for Assemblyman Tim Leslie at the California State Assembly from October 2000 to October 2006. Mike holds a Master of Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) from California State University-Sacramento, earned between 2004 and 2006, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from California State University, Chico, obtained from 1997 to 2000.
