Tony Bynum Sr. currently serves as a Deputy Sheriff for the County of Dinwiddie since May 2023. Previously, Tony held the position of Police Lieutenant at Eastern State Hospital Police from October 2021 to June 2023. Additionally, Tony worked as a Deputy Sheriff and Investigator at the Portsmouth Sheriff Office from September 2017 to February 2022. Tony Bynum Sr. is an alumnus of Hampton University.
