Sofia de Oliveira is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in risk management, compliance, early years education, and clinical psychology. Currently serving as a Risk & Compliance Officer at Countrywide since February 2022, Sofia previously held roles at Hamptons, including Senior Administrator and Sales Administrator for high-profile residential teams. Sofia's experience in early years education includes serving as an Early Years Senior Practitioner at Cuddly Bear Daycare Nursery and as an Early Intervention Specialist at Cócegas nos Pés. Additionally, Sofia has experience in project coordination with Associação Viver Campolide and Campolide Borough Council, focusing on community development and skills training.
