Brian Douglas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Site Manager at Country Style Foods since December 2021, Brian previously held positions including Senior Engineering Manager at Nairns Oatcakes from March 2015 to December 2021, and Site Director at General Mills from January 2004 to September 2014, among other roles in engineering and project management. Brian's career commenced at The Pillsbury Company, where roles included Engineering Project Manager for Europe. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree (Hons) in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Sunderland, completed in 1991, and received foundational education at Berwick High School from 1981 to 1985.
