Renee Canova currently serves as an Employment Specialist and Talent Development Coordinator at Country Meadows Retirement Communities, a position held since September 2013, where responsibilities include implementing training tracking systems for over 200 employees and facilitating personal growth through development and career path initiatives. Prior to this role, Renee worked as a Community Life Assistant and Substitute Teacher from January 2008 to December 2014 across various educational institutions including BCIU, Wyomissing Hills, Muhlenberg, and Schuylkill Valley. Renee holds a degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Scranton, earned between 1990 and 1994.
