She has worked as an Associate Creative Director at Counterpart since March 2014, where she leads creative concept development and collaborates with designers to create visually appealing stories. Prior to this, Alissa worked as a Business Analyst II at Inventory Locator Service,® LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
