Luke Dobben is a Project Manager and Project Engineer at Counsilman-Hunsaker since July 2023, previously serving as a Mechanical Engineer at Caliber Plumbing & Mechanical Inc from February 2022 to June 2023, focusing on HVAC and plumbing design, drafting, and BIM modeling for various building projects in the Portland area.
