Carla McGhee, Ph.D., MA-LPCC-S, LPC, BC-DMT, serves as a Clinical Therapist in private practice at Counseling Services of Portland since September 2019. Previously, Carla worked as the Adult Therapy Coordinator at Zepf Center, overseeing both students and staff while managing program referrals from May 2016 to July 2019. Carla's experience includes providing individual counseling for adults with substance abuse issues at Harbor Light Salvation Army from May 2014 to July 2017. Additionally, Carla held the position of Lead Expressive Therapist at Loretto Hospital from 2007 to 2013, where responsibilities included individual and group counseling, staff supervision, and program coordination. Carla earned a Ph.D. in Counselor Education from The University of Toledo and holds a Master's degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling from Columbia College Chicago, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
