JJ Linn is currently the Value Creation Chief of Staff at Council Capital. Previously, they have worked in various roles such as Business Development Lead at Bain & Company, Chief of Staff at Tavalor International, Inc., and Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst at Mercer. JJ holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Behavioral Science, Economics, and Entrepreneurship.
