Jason Shafer is a Partner at Council Capital, a specialized healthcare growth equity firm. Prior to this role, Jason served as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Development Officer at EyeSouth Partners and as a Partner at HCP & Company focusing on growth equity and PE investments. Jason also has extensive experience serving on the boards of healthcare companies such as Trumpet Behavioral Health, Polaris Hospital Holdings, and Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital of Lubbock. Jason holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA in Economics, Business Administration & Communications from Vanderbilt University.
