Esther Nicolai - van Dijk currently holds the position of Manager Performance Marketing and Programma Coördinator Digital at Coulisse since January 2022. Prior to this, Esther took a sabbatical from September 2021 to January 2022 to facilitate a family relocation. From March 2014 to August 2021, Esther served as Manager eCommerce Success at ISM eCompany, leading a team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Esther also held roles such as Digital Strategist and Account Manager at ISM eCompany, and owned Click The Brick, an internet agency, from March 2011 to August 2014. Earlier experience includes positions as Operational Manager and Project Manager at Ten Kate & Stoker, and various traineeships at UMC Utrecht, Grolsch, and Tempo Team. Esther holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Twente and a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, along with additional education in digital marketing.
