Julio Garza is an experienced professional in the drilling solutions industry, currently serving as the North America Service Manager at Cougar Drilling Solutions since August 2022. Previous roles at Cougar Drilling Solutions include Service Manager from January 2012 to April 2016 and Purchaser from December 2004 to December 2011. Prior to these positions, Julio held the role of Supervisor at Cougar Tool Inc from October 2003 to December 2004 and Project Manager at Acton Materials Inc from January 1998 to December 2002. Early in Julio's career, experience as an Operator was also gained.
