Shir Golan is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and trade marketing within the beauty industry. Currently serving as Marketing Director for Burberry Fragrance & Makeup at Coty since April 2022, Shir has previously held roles such as Senior Brand Marketing Manager for Gucci Fragrance and Senior Channel Marketing Manager at Shiseido. With experience at Coty in various positions, including Trade Marketing Manager and Assistant Trade Marketing Manager, Shir has effectively supported key retail partners. Prior marketing roles include coordination at L'Oréal and Small World Ltd., as well as human resources coordination in the Israel Defense Forces. Shir holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
