Roman Pavlenko currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Agroplem, JSC, focusing on developing mid-term business strategies in new distribution channels such as HoReCa, Non Food, and Pharmacy since February 2022. In addition, Roman holds the position of Head of Distributors Operations Consumer Beauty & Life Style for Coty in Russia, a role undertaken since October 2019.
