Guillaume Scolan has over two decades of experience in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management, currently serving as the Manufacturing & Logistics SVP and Plant Pillar Sustainability Leader at Coty since December 2011. In this role, Guillaume oversees P&L, operational performance, and sustainability initiatives, including plans for carbon neutrality across Coty's various sites. Previously, Guillaume held multiple leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, including Plants Strategic Project Leader and Supply Chain Leader, where contributions included optimizing manufacturing networks and overseeing major product launches. An engineering graduate from Arts et Métiers and holder of a Master's from ESSEC Business School, Guillaume has consistently demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, HSE, quality management, and strategic project leadership throughout a distinguished career.
