Josh Nye is an experienced accounting professional with a focus on the development and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Cottonwood Residential since January 2018, Josh previously held the role of Construction Accountant at both Cottonwood Residential and PrincePerelson & Associates. Prior to this, experience includes working as an Accounting Manager at Nexeo HR and roles as Senior Property Manager and Property Accountant at Extra Space Storage. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University.
