Justin Frazier is an experienced executive with a diverse background in both ministry and corporate environments. Currently serving as Executive Pastor of Discipleship at Cottonwood Creek Church since May 2009, Justin supports various discipleship initiatives, including adult small groups and youth ministry. Prior to this role, Justin was Senior Vice President at Citi from March 2001 to May 2009, leading client-focused initiatives and operational projects. Justin also held positions as Senior Financial Analyst at HCSC, Manager at Sears Credit, and Assistant Basketball Coach at Abilene Christian University. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University, earned between 1990 and 1996.
