Mr. Toni, 53, has a professional background in finance, accounting, and taxation. Mr. Toni has served as Finance and Accounting Manager at PT Indomark, Jakarta; as a Finance and Accounting Group Head at Artha Holding Group, Jakarta. Mr. Toni served as General Manager in Finance & Accounting at the Company, before being appointed as Deputy President Director and concurrently as a Director of Finance of the Company in May 2018. He currently also serves as Chief Executive Partner in Tax Consultant Solutions.
