Maicon Silva Paradeda has extensive experience in sales and team management, currently serving as Supervisor de Vendas at Cottonbaby since May 2023. Previously, Maicon held various roles at Forno de Minas from November 2012 to April 2023, including Supervisor de Vendas and Consultor de Vendas Externo II, focusing on brand introduction in the South RS market. Additional experience includes positions at Vonpar S/A, Cards Service, Moinho Galopolis S/A, and Casul Comércio de Alimentos Sul Ltda, showcasing a strong background in customer relations and sales strategy. Maicon also owned and managed Fox Games Locadora and has a solid educational foundation with a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Senac-RS and a degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Pelotas.
