Melanie Moreau is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations within the food service industry. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Director at Cotton Patch Cafe since October 2024, Melanie leads supply chain initiatives and collaborates with internal stakeholders. As the Founder and President of My Pig Filled Life, a 501c3 animal rescue established in September 2015, Melanie demonstrates a commitment to community service. Prior roles include Vice President of Strategic Supply Chain Partner at Restaurant Partners Procurement during a merger in 2023, followed by a position in new business development at Sysco. Melanie's previous experience also encompasses significant positions at Welch Advisory Group, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Freeb!rds World Burrito Company, Smokey Bones, and Red Lobster, showcasing a strong track record in contract negotiations, procurement, and operational support.
