Dan Martin has several years of experience in facilities management. Dan began their career in 2000 as a Facilities Manager at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. Dan then worked at Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Regional Facilities Manager from 2011 to 2017. After that, they joined Great Expressions Dental Centers as the VP of Facilities and Purchasing from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are the Director of Facilities at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants since February 2020.

From 1991 to 1995, Dan Martin attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they studied Political Science and Government.
