Althea Ioakimidis, PHR, has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Cotting School since December 2010. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Charles River Apparel and Human Resources Generalist at McLean Hospital. Althea began their career as a Recruiter and Course Director at The Princeton Review. Althea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology from Wheaton College Massachusetts, earned in 1998.
