Tad Cooper is an experienced executive with extensive leadership roles in various industries, notably serving as Chief Executive Officer and President & Chief Operating Officer of Acterra Group, LLC since July 2007, managing operations in petroleum services, manufacturing, and renewable energy. Cooper has also held the position of Executive Vice President focused on sales and business development at Acterra Group. In addition, Cooper is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Cottage Grove Place and manages business development at Heritage Bank in Marion, Iowa. Previous experience includes roles as Executive Vice President at Advanced Service Corporation and Board Member at the Petroleum Equipment Institute. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Iowa.
