Chris Mastro has extensive work experience, starting with their role as Director of Six Sigma/Process Engineering at Allied-Signal from 1989 to 2000, where they led strategic process improvement teams and achieved over $100 million in productivity improvements. Chris then joined Capital One in 2000 as Senior Director of Process Engineering, where they established the first enterprise Process Engineering team and drove process excellence across the company. In 2008, Chris became the VP of Digital Operations at Capital One, responsible for digital operations across multiple channels. In 2014, they joined Genworth as a Risk Management Leader, where they developed and launched enterprise risk management capabilities and was the risk lead for a strategic transaction with China Oceanwide. Currently, Chris is with Cotiviti, where they have held various positions since 2017, including VP of Yield Management and VP of Client and Platform Migrations.
Chris Mastro holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution, completing their studies during the same time period. Prior to that, Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University from 1985 to 1989. Chris also received a Bachelor's degree in Pulp and Paper Technology from North Carolina State University during the same period.
