Guy Mesika is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and team management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Development Team Lead at COTI Group since May 2021, Guy focuses on designing and building next-generation blockchain systems while addressing security challenges and high-volume transaction processing. Prior roles include Software Development Team Lead at GSI Technology, where leadership was provided for front-end and back-end teams, and Acting Development Manager at Amdocs, where significant contributions were made to the development of a delivery framework and DevOps practices. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from SCE, Guy possesses strong technical skills, particularly in Java, Python, and various DevOps tools and practices.
