Grant P. is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and optimizing technology solutions. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Cotera since September 2022, Grant previously held the role of Senior Software Engineer at Dandy from January 2022 to September 2022 and at SalesLoft from March 2017 to March 2021, contributing to a sales engagement platform that enhances communication strategies for businesses. Prior to this, Grant worked as a Researcher at the University of Tennessee Optimization Lab from May 2015 to May 2017, where complex optimization models were designed and implemented for research purposes using Python and COIN-OR. Grant earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2017.
