Filippo Maria Capatti currently serves as the HR Plants Manager at Coswell S.p.A., where responsibilities include overseeing all HR processes, enhancing functional efficiency, managing personnel administration, and determining group compensation and benefits plans since June 2017. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Business Partner at MDM GROUP, where Filippo spearheaded the startup of HR projects, defined strategies, and implemented recruitment processes. Additional experience encompasses HR Generalist positions at Elettronica Santerno Spa and La Petroniana S.r.l., as well as HR roles at BASF, m&m, and LyondellBasell, focusing on personnel management, training, recruitment, and compensation. Filippo holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and a degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Ferrara.
