Ken Franklin possesses extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation and manual testing across various organizations. Currently serving as an SDET in the Automation Team at Costco Travel since December 2018, Ken develops and executes test plans using Selenium with Java. Previous roles include QA/SDET at Pluralstack, where a test automation framework was created for Kaiser Permanente's Healthcare website, and Senior Software Test Engineer at ProQuest, focusing on web applications in an Agile environment. Additionally, Ken has held contract positions at Microsoft, Symantec, Calypso Medical, and Seabright Insurance, among others, showcasing a diverse technical skill set that includes Java, Selenium, JUnit, TFS, and Jenkins, along with a strong educational background from The University of Auckland.
