Marc Swartz is the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and is responsible for leading the growth of CoStar’s flagship data, analytics, and news platforms. He joined CoStar in March of 2016 as the Regional Vice President of CoStar’s business in the Northeastern United States. Marc has a long history of successfully leading high impact sales organizations.  Marc spent 21 years at Bloomberg L.P. where he held several key leadership positions.  Prior to his time at Bloomberg, Marc was a financial auditor at the accounting firm of Ernst & Young.  
Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York, College at Oswego.
