Jon Lindqvist is an accomplished performance manager at Costamare Shipping Company since April 2014, responsible for managing the performance department and overseeing the container fleet's energy efficiency and performance. Prior experience includes a leadership role at Maersk Line, where Jon spearheaded various cost-reduction projects and was integral to the development of energy efficiency initiatives, achieving significant savings and improvements in bunker efficiency. Jon's career also includes consulting roles, project management, and procurement expertise across multiple organizations, as well as foundational education in Physics and Management from distinguished institutions such as Chalmers University of Technology and Technische Universität Berlin.
