Ines Carriquiry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy and finance. Currently serving as the Commercial and Strategy Director at Costa Oriental since May 2007, Ines has also held roles as a Non-Executive Director and Corporate Accounts Manager for the US Market, focusing on advising international corporations on logistics operations in South America. Previously, Ines was the Region Head of FP&A and Reporting for Northern Europe at Hilti Great Britain from 2016 to 2023 and served as a Finance Business Partner. Ines gained early experience at General Motors as a Summer Intern and worked as an Accounting Assistant at Guyer & Regules, where financial analysis and compensation package calculations were key responsibilities. Ines holds an MBA from London Business School and a CPA in Accounting from Universidad de la República.
