Starleyn Perez is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in process and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer and Operations Manager at Costa Farms since October 2018, Starleyn has previously held the position of Technical Lead at Strength Of Nature and worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Kimberly-Clark, specializing in female protection and child personal care machinery. Starleyn's early career includes roles as a Production Supervisor and Packaging Machine Specialist at Kellogg Company, focusing on mechanical maintenance and the implementation of Lean manufacturing, as well as over ten years at Philip Morris International in mechanical innovation and maintenance for packaging processes. Starleyn holds degrees in Mechanical Maintenance Engineering and Industrial Maintenance from Instituto Universitario Politécnico Santiago Mariño and Instituto Universitario Carlos Soublette, respectively, along with a dual degree in Industrial Maintenance from INCES.
