Rocco Capobianco possesses a robust background in operations and engineering, currently serving as Operations Manager and Process Engineer at Costa Farms since March 2021. Prior experience includes an OPS Undergraduate Research Assistant role at the University of Central Florida, where Rocco focused on classifying internet comments through Machine Learning and conducted over 100 hours of research on topics such as respectful language and Text Mining. Rocco has also held the position of Baseball Team Manager at the University of Central Florida, leading a team of student managers and applying statistical analysis to game data using Excel. Earlier, Rocco interned at The Florida Brewery, CO Inc., gathering data on bottling line efficiency and presenting findings to Upper Management. Rocco holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida and studied industrial engineering at Valencia College.
