Francis Marranzini is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations at Costa Farms since June 2012, Francis has held prior roles as Operations Manager and Process Engineer, focusing on optimizing manufacturing processes and enhancing efficiency. Prior to Costa Farms, Francis worked as Production Supervisor at Comercial Alhue S.R.L, where leadership in production standards and employee coordination was key. An internship in process improvement at The Singular Kitchen allowed Francis to apply methodologies such as Kaizen and 5S. Earlier experience includes roles as a Hardware and Software Technician at Sinergit and a Production Quality Assurance Intern at Joe's Angus & Grill.
