Matilde Ejlertsen is a seasoned professional in sustainability and brand management, currently serving as the Sustainability Delivery Manager at Costa Coffee since July 2023. Previously, Matilde held the position of Senior Manager in Retail Business Development at TerraCycle and worked as a Sustainability Consultant for both Hinkler and Moose Toys. Matilde’s experience also includes roles as International Brand Manager and International Account Manager at Hinkler, where significant contributions were made to product delivery and team development. Matilde co-founded New Black Press, offering consulting services in the publishing sector, and worked as a Project Manager at MediaEdge Communications. Early career experience includes a Sales Executive role at Natuzzi. Matilde holds an MBA/MSc in International Marketing & Brand Management from Lund University and a BA in Marketing & Management Communication from Aarhus University.
