Hajlaoui Hichem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consultancy across various sectors. Currently serving as an Expert-consultant in management at BIDAYA I&D since January 2021 and as a Consultant in social innovation and entrepreneurship at COSPE Onlus, Hichem also holds the position of Co-founder and CEO at CitESS. With a background as a project manager at iesMed, SCEL and prior roles at COSPE Onlus and Appui aux initiatives de développement AID, Hichem has demonstrated strong leadership in project coordination and development initiatives. Earlier career experience includes stock and supply management at Groupe Magasin Général / Auchan and design work at A2FO. Hichem holds a degree in Industrial Computing from the Faculté des Sciences de Sfax and is currently pursuing studies in Business Administration and International Development at the Institut des Hautes Études Commerciales.
