Lorena Kaus is currently engaged in the People & Organization department at cosnova GmbH since August 2023. Prior to this role, Lorena served in Human Resources at Metso from August 2022 to July 2023 and worked in Marketing and Social Media at prepmymeal from March 2021 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as a Sales Assistant at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf from November 2019 to October 2020. Lorena is pursuing a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie at IU International University of Applied Sciences, expected to complete in February 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mode- und Designmanagement from AMD Akademie Mode & Design, completed in February 2023.
