Fye Wong has a diverse background in customer service, business development, and account management. From 2016 to 2018, Fye worked as a Customer Service Executive at ezbuy, where they handled hotline services and managed customer inquiries across multiple platforms. In 2018, they joined New Retail International Pte Ltd as an Account Manager, where they successfully acquired 100 retail shops and merchants to join an online selling platform. Fye also played a key role in inviting interested merchants to participate in a transformation project. From 2019 to 2021, Fye held various roles at New Retail International, including Business Development Executive/Account Manager, where they sourced suppliers and managed B2B FMCG supplying business. In 2021, Fye joined WEBUY as a Customer Service Team Lead, where they managed a team of 5 and implemented quality assurance checks. Currently, Fye works at Cosmose, Inc. as a Customer Success Executive, supporting the manager in building the customer service team and implementing Zendesk for email and live chat support. Fye is specifically in charge of the Hong Kong market with Traditional Mandarin proficiency.
