Brett Clements has diverse work experience in various industries and positions. In 2016, they worked as a Teacher Assistant at ABC International School, where they assisted teachers in their daily tasks. In 2017, they joined Columbia College as an International Center Staff member, supporting international students with their needs. Moving on, in 2018, they became an English Instructor at AEON Corporation, teaching English language skills. In 2020, they transitioned to Anytime Fitness, working as a Personal Trainer. Later in the same year, they joined Cosmos Corporation as a Japan, Australia, India Sales Account Manager.

Brett Clements earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Columbia College, which they attended from 2015 to 2018. Brett further pursued their education at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Data Science and Analytics from 2020 to 2022.
