Giannis Torakis is an experienced software professional currently serving as Software Technical Deputy Manager and Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at Cosmos Business Systems since September 2022. Prior to this role, Giannis worked as a Project Software Engineer at QUALCO and as a .NET/Angular Software Engineer at Uni Systems and EPIC Studios. Giannis gained consulting experience as a .NET Software Engineer at Deloitte and functioned as a Fullstack Developer at Nokia, focusing on web applications with RESTful APIs. Additionally, Giannis has a background in system administration from a tenure at the Technical University of Crete. Educationally, Giannis holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Crete and a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Technical University of Crete.
