Linfer Yuan is a seasoned product development professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as a Product Development Manager at COSMO since August 2019, Linfer leads projects from the ESI phase to mass production, focusing on technical input, scheduling, and performance management. Previously, Linfer held roles at GlassPoint Solar, including Design Project Manager and Senior Product Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed cross-functional team leadership, supply management, and process development for large solar projects. Linfer's earlier experience at Techtronic Industries involved leading R&D projects for power tools, from feasibility studies to mass production. Linfer holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Design and Manufacture and Automation from Hunan University of Technology.
