Marichu Cruz, CHRP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Officer 1 at Cosmetique Asia Corporation since May 2017. Prior roles at Cosmetique include Human Resource Officer for both Chocomani and SILKA, as well as Human Resources Associate. Prior to joining Cosmetique, Marichu worked at ANDERSON ASPHALT & CONCRETE PAVING LLC from January 2005 to May 2017 as an Admin/Accounting professional. Marichu holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Management from University of Regina Carmelli (LaConsolacion Malolos), completed between 1999 and 2003, and has pursued additional education in Professional Education at LaConsolation and coaching and mentoring at Ask Lex PH Academy.
